This role is accountable for JJT products of Ethicon Manufacturing plants supporting MedTech BioSurgery in Nijmegen site. This role has accountability for the technology / performance / portfolio of the standard and local products in the plants that are specific to the MedTech BioSurgery Manufacturing addition they have the responsibility to ensure that the products that support the manufacturing site are coordinated efficiently to deliver application roadmap strategies using Agile and Release Management while maintaining Site Factbook and Product Catalog.
JJT TPO will be the primary JJT partner for the plant leadership team with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap portfolio and investment strategy aligned to Business Segment and JJT strategy.
The individual need to be self-directed and demonstrate strong ability to lead thru change and ambiguity with innovative thought leadership.
Drives multiple alignment & process standardization initiatives across PL with significant degree of independent decision making delivering clear measurable outcomes across entire PL. Drives change throughout PL and JJT & Business Partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Product Strategy
Drive growth and enable differentiating SC capabilities as competitive advantage through innovative technology solutions.
Actively lead the Plant Ecosystem for ownership of local products and work toward redefining to a platform or standard product according to JJT MAKE vision and maturity strategy
Responsible for ensuring that Plant Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment Understand the businesss needs and priorities for the product
Drives Harmonization across site digital maturity business process & technology standardization
Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilities
Drives collaboration and execution with internal and external Partners
Ensures every local product mapped to standard product category to drive business value thru standardization and optimization.
Accountable for Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap
Possesses in depth knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies competitive environment functional processes and organizational dynamics.
Continuous learning mindset of the latest technology trends and instituting innovative thinking/mindset throughout the organization.
Business Relationship Management
Shape and ensure efficient and effective delivery of the capabilities to the site that create business value in an agile way; and is aligned with segment JJT and enterprise imperatives.
Possesses in depth knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies competitive environment functional processes and organizational dynamics.
Drives Site strategy and addresses customer feedback
Communicates effectively and proactively with Site LT/teams & cross -functional teams.
Collaborates Across JJT TS PLs Segment Segment Make BTLs RD&E ISRM to drive outcomes
Ensures that SLAs are properly defined aligned and met.
Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilities
Portfolio
Shape and ensure efficient and effective delivery of the capabilities to the site that create business value in an agile way; and is aligned with segment JJT and enterprise imperatives.
Accountable for Product features roadmap / deployments
Partners with Site LT on Prioritization of the investments
Responsible for the aCAR process; Develops Business case in partnership with business functions.
Owns Delivery of technology capabilities for the plant. Drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption.
Responsible for establishing a cadence of updates on the progress to the business teams.
Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.
TS partnership to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time/budget.
A Bachelors Degree is required
Minimum of 6 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Technology
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing site
Proven experience and demonstrated leadership in Technology
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices and consumer industry is preferred
Experience in advanced end-to-end supply chain and emerging information technologies is preferred
Experience working as part of global multi-location matrix structured teams
Exceptional business and digital competence expertise
Deep Knowledge in Manufacturing Supply Chain processes (E2E)
Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and the ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments is required
Significant experience working across multiple levels of an organization knowledge of trends (e.g. digital data & analytics) is required
