General Summary / 職務概要
The specialist Online contents and operation will lead areas below under Sr. manager of performance marketing
Develop and execute optimal online content aligned with the companys overall marketing strategy adapting operations based on market and platform conditions. Conduct necessary testing to identify the most effective content clarify findings and share insights with stakeholders. Support the maximization of sales through platforms like partner accounts and the owned store. SEO of owned site and partner accounts
Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責
- Partners with online sales DTC and partner accounts managers to identify scope and execute analytics and digitalization initiatives that address key online business needs resolve digital issues and create business value.
- Develop optimal e-commerce content in an agile manner conducting A/B testing as needed and leverage external vendors when necessary.
- Implements various content and visual optimizations within the consumer journey for the owned store.
- Understands and analyzes content strategies and consumer pathways of competitors including private brands (PB)
- Request for contents to the marketing team / collaborate strongly marketing team for optimizing contents creation
Key Requirements (skills competencies experiences certifications) / 必要要件スキル知識経験資格
Mandatory requirements
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce site management / SEO / operation / digital content creation
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and connected commerce including data management and utilization digital analytics tools digital marketing and technology architecture implementation.
Preferred requirements
- Ability to clearly understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven processes.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability to lead projects and deliver expected results by aligning with the teams vision goals and objectives while engaging team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to learn and adopt new methods and ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Fluency in English including excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills
