RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning related activities: manage demand & supply planning activities Leading brand demand and pre-S&OP process play as contact window with internal stakeholders (sales marketing supply hub region etc) management SC KPI for forecast accuracy customer service level inventory. Work with global CDP for monthly demand review and O9 plan.
Your main focus :
- Responsible for brand short-mid-term and long-term demand planning for rolling 118 months. Closely work with marketing finance and sales operation team to drive forecast assumption clarity and accuracy improvement year on year including risk& opportunities.
- Closely work with global center demand planning and supply planning cross-region logistic and customer service team to ensure the supply readiness in local warehouse and improve local customers order fulfilment rate.
- Responsible for brand monthly SOP process lead Luxurys demand review and pre-S&OP meeting S&OP meeting with cross functions to align sales forecast and target. Review and find out R&O for both business and stock risk.
- Maintain and update forecast into O9 system with weekly/monthly micromanagement in system by reflecting latest business trend and building block assumptions in line with market calendar and S&OP alignment.
- Drive the quality of post tracking and learning on new innovations promotions events as key reference and benchmark for new launches. Continuously improve NPD forecast accuracy.
- Manage Phase-in-phase-out forecast and supply process according to business plan or supply-chain-driven change with sufficient pre-built stock in local DC.
- Operate forecast & inventory depletion process to drive inventory reduction and cost saving as well as contributing to logistic cost saving.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
- Degree (or equivalent work experience) in a Supply Chain discipline.
- Planning mastery strong command of key systems (such as SAP JDA OMP Excel o9) with technical experience of 2 areas of Supply Chain Planning.
- Effective communication skills up to and including Manager level.
- Delivering KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience of implementing and following core processes tools and improvements.
- Working to deadlines.
