About the Role & Team
We are looking for a proactive individual to join the IDC China Finance GL team to support administrative tasks and assist in finance system improvement projects. The role operates in a dynamic environment involving high-volume transactions and multi-GAAP accounting exposure.
What Youll Do
Manage and safeguard company seals (company chops) and contract seals in compliance with internal policies.
Perform basic contract reviews and highlight key risks or discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal legal teams and external counsel on regulatory and government-related matters.
Liaise with relevant government authorities when required.
Provide administrative and operational support on finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
What You Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Law or a related field.
- 35 years of relevant working experience in finance legal administration or a similar function.
- Hands-on experience in contract review and dealing with government authorities such as the Tax Bureau or Statistical Bureau.
- Legal background or exposure to legal documentation is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information.
