Job Description

主要职责

负责工厂ERP系统的日常管理配置优化及用户支持确保系统稳定高效运行
作为工厂与Global IT团队平行职能部门及上下游业务单元的关键接口协调需求沟通项目推进与问题解决
深入理解生产制造各环节如计划采购仓储生产质量物流等识别业务痛点设计并落地数据驱动的智能解决方案
利用数据分析工具对运营数据进行挖掘建模与可视化为管理层提供决策支持
探索并引入AI自动化物联网等前沿技术推动工厂智能化与数字化转型
编写技术文档培训材料并对内部用户开展系统使用培训

任职要求

大学本科及以上学历硕士研究生优先
工科计算机科学信息管理工业工程或相关专业背景具备生产制造行业经验者优先
熟悉制造企业业务流程及ERP系统如SAPOracle等者优先
具备扎实的数据分析能力熟练使用SQLPythonPower BIExcel等工具
有实际编程经验如PythonJavaC#等并具备AI/机器学习项目落地经验者优先
出色的跨部门沟通协调能力逻辑思维能力和快速学习能力
英语良好能与Global团队顺畅协作
