THE ROLE
Facilitating and managing business change including but not limited to rolling out credit policy updates
Gathering and analysing the data looking for opportunities for improvement
Driving process improvement projects from beginning to end
Identifying issues risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Implementing and testing the solutions
Documenting and maintaining business processes and procedures
Conducting quality assurance on credit decisions
Qualifications :
THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH
Experience in process improvement preferably in or around credit risk function within business lending space.
Understanding of credit policy components and drivers behind it
Knowledge of credit assessment drivers
Ability to present solutions in an organised and structured manner
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience working for a Fintech or in a closely related sector
A continuous improvement mindset and a strong ability to embrace change and thrive from it
