职位介绍

作为企业EHS团队的核心成员负责员工职业健康监护员工福利体检工业卫生ISO50001能源管理体系绿色工厂等工作支持企业构建节能安全健康的工作环境

岗位职责

1. 日常EHS检查作业现场检查监督发现和制止违规违章操作跟踪监督隐患整改

2. 根据职业健康法律法规要求落实全生命周期管理并建立健全相关职业健康档案

3. 开展预防健康教育/宣导如控烟/减脂/心理健康周职业健康宣导及培训等

4. 制定维护并执行EHS政策流程及操作规范确保合规性

5. 负责员工职业健康体检和健康档案管理统筹公司年度福利体检

6. 协调并落实ISO50001体系的维护

7. 协调并落实绿色工厂等相关的工作

8.按照总部EHS要求落实工业卫生项目

9.根据法规和总部要求落实职业健康监测并对结果进行沟通

10. 根据上级主管安排协助EHS 部门其他相关工作

任职要求

1. 安全工程化学工程环境工程能源工程等专业本科及以上学历特别优秀人员可适当放宽

2. 五年以上职业健康安全能源等相关经验

3.英文可以作为工作语言英文特别优秀者优先

4. 熟练应用办公软件Word/Excel/PowerPoint 等PPT特别优秀者优先

5. 具有高度责任心耐心爱心服务意识强良好的表达沟通能力

6. 学习适应力强工作态度积极主动严谨有较好的亲和力

7. 有较强的执行力跨部门协调能力和突发事件管理能力

8. 能够在较高压力下工作

9. 熟悉国家和地方的EHS方针政策法律法规等有关规定熟悉ESG国际标准体系

10.持有注册安全工程师证书或其他相关的EHS专业资格证书优先
