Our Tennis lead in SBD will work with cross functions which are related to Nike Direct to have the ability to facilitate Tennis marketplace in Nike Direct world shape marketplace strategy create platform segmentation and land best tennis destination in digital and NSO stores. We need someone who is an enterprise thinker able to analyze ND business results deliver engaging presentations and sustain business growth
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Assist seasonal Tennis marketplace strategy for the Geo by channel including direction on must win moment product & key retail destinations
Partner with Sports Business Director merchandising planning and platforms (digital specific) to land segmentation framework
Influence seasonal assortments and come up key seasonal priorities to align with product strategy intent & financial targets based on performance analysis and
Drive seasonal readiness and through Sport GTM planning & execution
Drive In-season sell through and support inventory mobilization to chase business opportunities across NSOs and digital platforms.
Partner planning on inventory health & key model management
Assist to elevate tennis marketplace through retail door elevation Slam moment/China moment/365 tennis assets update
Marketplace management & development
Gather synthesize marketplace product & competitive insights into Global & Geo Sport squads
Seasonless Execution including one-off requests managing quick strike/incremental product allocations responding and actioning on updates and urgent marketplace needs
Partner with the x-functional team to ensure key launches land in the marketplace with impact.
Support to APS business in Nike Direct.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Tennis SBD will work closely with cross-functional teams within Nike Direct. This includes but is not limited to external partners and internal partners (Sports team Planning Merchandising Digital platforms NSO store Operation Insight etc.)
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree in businessor related field. Will accept any suitable combination of educationexperienceand training
Experience in Buying Retail Planning Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related industry.
Ability to embrace change act with courage instill trust think strategically communicatevisionand purpose and foster effectiveteamwork.
Experience reading and analyzing retail metrics tooptimizesales and inventory
