Job Summary

The accommodation and air ticket booking for field service engineers. Create and complete Work On for travelling and hotel booking
Organize and prepare the visa application and work permit documents
Consolidate the field service expenses cash advance and Over time sheet
Co-ordinate with Area sales manager and Human resource department
Co-ordinate with Order handling specialist for dispatching confirmation
Performs other works that may be assigned by the superior

Qualifications :

Studying for a bachelors degree in business administration or any related field
Can communicate Thai and strong communication skill in English
People and service oriented Teamwork Good time management
Expect internship period at least 4 months

Additional Information :

Company provides daily allowance of 500 THB a day.
