Could you be the full-time Internship - GBC Operations Program Lead in Bangkok were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your business and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and business processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain digital solutions and process improvement teams) assist in reviewing and documenting processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives and much more.
Youll specifically take care of co-leading governance activities such as initiating cycles and coordinating with stakeholders but also supporting digital and automation initiatives like BI dashboards and Power Apps.
Well look to you for:
Co-leading governance activities including initiating cycles preparing materials and coordinating with stakeholders
Assisting in reviewing and documenting supply chain and business processes including basic data and compliance checks
Supporting digital and automation initiatives (e.g. BI dashboards Power Apps Power Automate)
Capturing and translating business requirements into clear business and technical specifications for digital solutions
Supporting testing and validation activities
Assisting with data analysis reporting and basic root cause analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives

Pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Supply Chain or related fields
Fluent in English spoken and written
Strong project management skills and business process management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Interest in digital tools and automation
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative projects
