Job Summary
As a Creator Engagement Intern at AnyMind Group youll join our Creator Growth team to identify and onboard exciting creators for YouTube channels and Facebook Pages. This role involves researching potential creators compiling essential data initiating contact and preparing materials for presentations. Youll also support the team in follow-ups and coordination while gaining insights into YouTube/Facebook monetization and the broader Creator Economy.
What Youll Do
Executive Support & Coordination:
- Manage and maintain the CCOs calendar including scheduling meetings prioritizing appointments and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas document accurate meeting minutes summarize key action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in drafting and responding to professional communications in Thai and English including emails and business correspondence.
- Act as a coordination point between the CCO and internal teams clients partners and external stakeholders.
Influencer & Digital Marketing Campaign Coordination:
- Support coordination and tracking of influencer marketing campaigns brand collaborations and digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain campaign trackers timelines and status updates to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Follow up with internal teams influencers and partners to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and commercial objectives.
- Assist in organizing campaign information deliverables and performance summaries.
Business Operations & Documentation Management:
- Organize and maintain business documents reports and campaign files in structured systems using Google Drive Docs and Sheets.
- Ensure business information campaign data and internal resources are properly documented and easily accessible.
- Support the preparation of presentations reports and commercial materials for internal and external use.
Market Influencer & Business Research:
- Conduct research on influencers clients competitors and digital marketing trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential influencers partnership opportunities and business leads.
- Prepare concise summaries and insights to support the CCOs commercial and strategic planning.
Ad-hoc & Strategic Support:
- Provide flexible support on urgent business initiatives campaign launches and commercial projects as assigned by the CCO.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business strategies client information and executive communications.
- Perform additional business operational and administrative tasks as assigned directly by the CCO.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English are essential for drafting professional correspondence and coordinating with international and local stakeholders.
- Possess a strong interest in the digital media influencer marketing and technology ecosystems.
- Highly organized proactive and meticulous with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite (Docs Sheets Slides Drive) for efficient documentation reporting and organizational management.
- A resourceful self-starting individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
