Ready to shake up the hospitality scene and put your stamp on Australias favourite holiday destinations NRMA Parks & Resorts is searching for a Group Food & Beverage Manager who can dish out strategy and roll up their sleeves for real results!
What you will do:
From restaurants to cafés to kiosks youll oversee food & beverage operations across a dynamic multi-site portfolio of Holiday Parks and Resorts. Youll set the menu for success ensuring our guests get a consistently top-notch experience no matter which property they visit.
You will need a sharp eye for menu costings margin optimisation and getting the best value from our suppliers. Youll work at a strategic level driving direction menu consolidation and scaling up our best offerings while also collaborating hands-on with Property Managers and Food and Beverage Heads of Department to fine-tune the details and lift quality on the ground.
- Lead mentor and support F&B teams across all properties
- Consolidate menus and streamline procurement for maximum value
- Work with on-site leaders to ensure every outlet meets NRMAs brand promise
- Build a culture of commercial success quality and guest satisfaction
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to the Senior Leadership Team
What you will bring:
- Proven experience overseeing multi-site F&B operations
- Accommodation hospitality expertise: hotels experience highly regarded
- Strong skills in menu costing procurement and driving profit margins
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. Get out to properties and work side-by-side with teams
- Track record of delivering consistent brand standards and exceptional guest experiences
- Talent for menu consolidation scaling and improving product quality and purchasing
