Your Next Role

As an NDIS Administration Officer you will support the effective delivery of NDIS services through accurate documentation system updates and coordinated client support. This role manages client enquiries prepares and maintains budgets and service documentation and ensures information is accurately recorded across systems such as Visicase and PACE.
By providing administrative support to Team Leaders and Rosterers you will play a key role in enabling timely compliant and high-quality service delivery for clients. This is a varied role requiring strong attention to detail professionalism and a commitment to confidentiality. You will contribute to a positive values-driven environment that promotes respect empowerment integrity and continuous learning. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client enquiries and coordinate communication across NDIS teams to support timely and accurate service delivery
  • Prepare and maintain NDIS documentation including budgets Service Orders Service Agreements and plan renewal documents
  • Accurately update and maintain client and funding records across systems including Visicase PACE CIMS and P&A folders
  • Upload signed documentation update funding allocations and monitor system data to ensure continuity of services
  • Provide operational support to Team Leaders and Rosterers including notification of new or updated documentation and resolution of budget-related queries
  • Monitor NDIS plan dates and key milestones supporting compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and undertake other duties as directed

You will have:

  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications in business administration and/or a human-services related field
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality administrative support with strong data entry record-keeping accuracy sound judgement initiative and discretion
  • Experience using Client Management Systems and Microsoft Office including document management and compliance tracking
  • Understanding of the NDIS including plans funding categories service agreements Practice Standards and compliance obligations
  • Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality requirements
  • Professional and effective phone and email communication skills
  • Compassionate ethical and highly professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
