THE ROLE:
Corporate Information Officer
Oversee corporate information management strategies including privacy and information governance document control and record management. To ensure compliance with relevant legislation requirements.
- Develop and maintain information management organise and develop information.
- Implement and monitor compliance with information management practices to specific requirements
- Continuity agreements development including identification and protection of records of information
- Manage mail email and website contact
- Manage and complete record management of different forms within the business
- Project management including implementation of new or changes to legislation system upgrades etc
- Document control
- Maintaining registers and templates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skills and experience in information management and document control
- Demonstrated administrative background
- Sound Computer Skills
- Good understanding of MS office
- The ability to use initiative and assist colleagues when required.
- C Class Drivers Licence
