You will join the Business and Transactional Banking Pricing Management team and be accountable for meeting cash management margin and return hurdles through bespoke pricing across Customer Engagement channels. To ensure a robust risk environment with diligent pricing controls actioning risk items and remediation. To assist in executing strategies that lead to revenue generation in the current rising rate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of bespoke pricing across Customer Engagement channels within the appropriate frameworks.
- Work with Customer Engagement channels to gain below-the-line views of the current competitive environment.
- Assist in providing training on deposit pricing.
- Assist in management of controls on Pricing frameworks across WBC and SGB.
- Working with Customer Engagement to drive margin/funding outcomes.
- Ownership of deposit pricing risk items.
- Maintenance of proper application of pricing frameworks and policy across WBC and SGB.
What do I need
- Depth of product knowledge (deposit/investment products).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment to drive outcomes.
- Ability to identify and analyse information from a variety of sources to generate and validate decision making.
- Analytical mindset proficient with excel.
- Stakeholder engagement strengths in written and verbal communication.
- Customer-centric focus.
