Job Summary
Are you a young Civil or Environmental Engineer looking for a challenge
If so we want to meet you! The Crossroads Group LLC is growing and has a current opening for Project Engineer 1 at our Hamburg Location (must live in or near Hamburg PA). TCGs Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout lot/pad grading stormwater management erosion and sedimentation control as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCGs service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:
- A Great Attitude
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- EIT is preferred but not required
- Applicant should have strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (listening writing and verbal)
Project Engineer I Job Description:
- Entry Level (0-3 years)
- Understanding of General Engineering
- Must be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:
- PADEP Chapter 102 (Erosion and Sedimentation) design
- PennDOT design and requirement standards
- Site Grading
- Road Design
- Municipal/State Stormwater Design standards
- Functional Understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
- Maintain good time management skills
