- Define and execute robust long-term programs for improving safety CX inventory accuracy operational efficiency and supporting growth
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the warehouse operations team to ensure the timely dispatch of customer orders precise inventory management and optimized operational efficiency across a selected list of Dmarts across our local footprint
- Process Innovation: Proactively identify and eliminate process bottlenecks while capitalizing on improvement opportunities to enhance overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Stewardship: Analyze comprehensive financial reports to discern trends variances and opportunities for cost reduction providing strategic insights to guide operational budgeting and resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced data analytics to develop and track key performance metrics providing strategic feedback to drive productivity and align team efforts with company objectives.
- SOP Management: Lead the continuous review and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in warehouse operations supply chain management and logistics.
- Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing operations team fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and excellence to become the central backbone of pandamart.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between operations and other departments ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment to support business growth.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Champion a customer-first approach ensuring that all operational strategies align with enhancing the customer experience and meeting service level agreements.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards promoting a safe and secure working environment.
- Self-identify problem statements & areas of opportunity for improvement present these to stakeholders
- Standardizing and scaling improvement measures across all Dmarts
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly KPIs ensuring progress toward efficiency goals for assigned markets.
- Act as a culture builder fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain and warehouse operations with a strong focus on leadership roles.
- Bachelors degree from any UGC-approved institute.
- Proven ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Strong business analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in WMS or other relevant warehouse management systems with experience in optimizing their use for operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of managing and executing continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and operations environments.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.
