Job Summary
- Ensure adherence to company Code of Conduct (CoC) CoP and all compliance standards and policies
- Implement and maintain HSE policies principles and guidelines to ensure personal and organizational safety
- Uphold Site Quality policy and Global QCoP guidelines to deliver superior customer value
- Champion Regional and Global Digitalization initiatives
- Spearhead cost optimization and competitiveness programs
- Strategic inputs in CapEx 5YP OpEx and Headcount planning
- Ontime recording monitoring and review of Operational performance through operational performance monitoring system (KPI portal Dashboards PlatoApp)
- Drive LSSGB Lean and Agile Manufaturing agenda as per site need.
- Assist in ISO and other Internal and External audits
- Resolves technical problems: e.g. formulation equipment product interpretation of regulations resource availability
- Coordinate capability development of site team by TNA Facilitating trainings assist content development and plan compliance monitoring
- Anchoring Regional and Site level management review meetings and workshops
- Foster data-driven decision-making culture
- Support Site Manager in operational excellence and financial performance optimization
- Cooperate with engineering and production team for Sustainability program of Syngenta
- Champion employee wellbeing initiatives
Qualifications :
- . in IPE/Mechanical Engineering from recognized university
- 5-6 Years relevant experience preferably in similar MNC/FMCG
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma/TPM/WCM from any recognized institute
- Operational skill on SAP ARIBA SmartSheet PowerApp PowerBI
- Professional training in Smart Manufacturing IR 4.0 Artificial Intelligence Python programming will be added advantage
- Excellent presentation & communication skill in English
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good mentorship and coaching skills
