We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Food & Beverage operations in Udaipur India. As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. - Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Lead motivate and train a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
- Manage inventory place orders and control costs to optimize profitability
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational needs and maintain efficiency
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and timely food preparation
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates address issues and boost morale
- Assist in developing and implementing new service procedures to enhance guest experience
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all food and beverage areas
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in food safety and hygiene practices
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Current Food Safety Certification (required)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or local languages is a plus
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine and local food preferences is advantageous
