About the role
As our business continues to grow and evolve were seeking an experienced Process and Governance Specialist with claims expertise to play a pivotal role within our Technical and Operations team in Commercial Claims.
In this hands-on position youll design and govern the Claims processes while also helping shape and improve claims experience. Youll provide guidance advice and support and contribute to a best-in-class claims experience.
What youll do
- Support the Vero Specialty Lines claims
- Designing and documenting claims processes to drive efficiency and quality outcomes
- Providing strong governance on processes
- Building strong relationships
- Mentoring training and supporting the development of procedures
What youll bring
- Strong governance and process writing experience
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience mentoring or training others (highly regarded)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- Clear confident communication skills
