About the role

As our business continues to grow and evolve were seeking an experienced Process and Governance Specialist with strong strata property claims expertise to play a pivotal role within our Technical and Operations team in Commercial Claims.

In this hands-on position youll design and govern the Claims processes while also helping shape and improve claims experience. Youll act as an expert providing guidance advice and support and contributing to a best-in-class claims experience.

What youll do

• Support the Vero Specialty Lines claims from start to end
• Providing expert advice on governance
• Designing and documenting claims processes to drive efficiency and quality outcomes
• Building strong relationships
• Mentoring training and supporting the development of procedures

What youll bring

• Minimum 5 years experience managing property claims (with exposure to strata)
• Experience mentoring or training others (highly regarded)
• Strong governance and process writing experience
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• Clear confident communication skills
