JOB SUMMARY
The MultiProperty Assistant Director of Sales functions as a leader assisting the MultiProperty Director of Sales and replacing her/him in her/his absence. He / She shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals guest and associate satisfaction for all participating hotels. Assists in leading the propertys segmented sales effort (e.g. group transient banquet etc.) and assists in the implementation of the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals property revenue goals and guest and employee satisfaction. Conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves sales goals.

Multi-Property Assistant Director of Sales position is responsible for overseeing the Budapest Marriott Hotel the Dorothea Hotel Budapest Autograph Collection and the Millennium Court Budapest Marriott Executive Apartments.
Employee must follow all Marriott Standards and Procedure for Marriott International CSAT (Control Self-Assessment Tool) Lite-Audit program and ISRA.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university in Economics Business Administration Marketing Hotel Management 5 years hotel sales experience experience in team management and leadership.

Supporting Developing and Executing Sales Strategies
- Works with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.
- Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential
- Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve hotels goals
- Recommends sales goals for sales team members.
- Assists in the development implementation and sustaining of aggressive solicitation program focused on increasing business.

- Attends customer events trade shows and sales missions to maintain build or develop key relationships with Global Sales Organization (GSO) Managers and customers.
