As a Senior Associate Programs & Projects reporting to the Manager Programs & Projects youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth planning administration and delivery of internal learning programs and projects. Youll coordinate logistics maintain accurate documentation and provide responsive support across the learning portfolio and partner with internal stakeholders.

What youll do:

  • Support coordination of programs and projects across Learning Leadership & Talent Development: assist with developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans; track progress against milestones; flag risks or delays; maintain project plans calendars and reporting tools.
  • Manage logistics and administration for internal program activities: organize meetings and communications; coordinate stakeholders; prepare agendas minutes and follow-up actions; maintain accurate records of program logistics stakeholder communications and project documentation.
  • Provide team and stakeholder support: coordinate with Learning Business Partners CoE teams and internal stakeholders to support program delivery; offer responsive support to team members; help facilitate internal coordination across delivery teams and support onboarding and engagement for new projects and programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: participate in feedback loops and post-program reviews; share observations and suggestions to improve internal processes delivery practices and reporting.

  • Experience providing administrative and coordination support in a team environment with proven exposure to project documentation scheduling resource tracking and maintaining project plans calendars and reporting tools.
  • Strong logistics and communication skills: organising meetings and stakeholder coordination; preparing agendas minutes and follow-ups; maintaining accurate records and documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative service-oriented approach: proven ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders; clear timely communication; accountability and ownership to deliver tasks accurately and on time.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility: proactively identifying process improvements; adapting quickly to new tasks tools and changing priorities; self-awareness and openness to feedback to grow and develop.
