Job Summary
Customer Service Representative
Remote
Salary: $19 an hour which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take

Monday Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time
As a Customer Service Representative you will assist with customer questions inquiries and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payable and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.
Requirements:
- Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customers issues.
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25 upload equal to or greater than 5 Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

The estimated salary range for this role is $19 an hour.
