About the role
Were looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to support customer engagement across ShopBack ANZs owned channels. Youll work closely with the wider team across campaigns and CRM to engage retain and reactivate users executing to a high standard analysing performance and iterating quickly.
Youll join a high-energy fast-paced team where ideas move quickly from concept to launch. This role is well suited to someone early in their marketing career whos ready to step up - what matters to us most is marketing judgement curiosity and a strong learning mindset.

What youll do

    • Support the planning execution and optimisation of campaign and CRM initiatives across owned channels (app website email push)
    • Deliver initiatives secured by our BD team taking them to market within ShopBacks brand guidelines and tone of voice
    • Use data to understand customer behaviour and flag performance trends or issues
    • Support experiments to improve acquisition engagement frequency and retention and help assess results
    • Work closely with commercial CRM data graphic design and operations teams to deliver campaigns end-to-end
    • Communicate results learnings and next steps clearly to stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes execution or campaign effectiveness

What success looks like

    • You take ownership of your work and can clearly explain what youre seeing in campaign performance even when results arent perfect.
    • Youre comfortable asking questions learning quickly and applying feedback.
    • You prioritise impact over output stay organised while juggling multiple tasks and are motivated by the opportunity to directly influence business outcomes.

What were looking for

    • You have 1-3 years experience in marketing campaigns CRM or growth ideally in a digital tech e-commerce or similarly fast-paced environment.
    • You think analytically and are comfortable working with data or motivated to build this capability quickly.
    • You can explain your reasoning clearly to stakeholders across functions and regions while remaining open to alternative perspectives and feedback.
    • You operate with high ownership manage multiple priorities effectively and stay clear-headed under pressure.
    • Youre proactive curious and willing to challenge ideas - including your own.
    • You maintain high attention to detail and actively champion brand standards and tone of voice.
    • You use AI tools thoughtfully to improve creativity productivity and workflows.
