Fully aligned with U.S. Pacific Time including Daylight Savings Time shifts (March & November)
Flexibility to work slightly beyond scheduled hours when campaigns creators or launches require it
Manage influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok Instagram YouTube and Snapchat primarily within music and entertainment.
Work directly with music labels artists brands and agency partners to execute campaigns from brief to posting.
Act as the key connector between:
Clients (setting expectations timelines and goals)
Creators (negotiating deliverables budgets and execution)
Source pitch and book creators from a large network (both managed and non-exclusive).
Translate client goals into clear concise creator-friendly briefs.
Coordinate the full execution process:
Creator outreach and booking
Brief delivery
Draft review and approvals
Posting and live tracking
Handle fast pivots confidently including creator swaps last-minute changes and urgent requests.
Track campaign performance daily and report key metrics internally and to clients.
Manage payment coordination to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
Maintain strong long-term relationships with creators clients and partners.
Stay ahead of platform trends and creator culture to improve future campaigns.
A self-starter who takes full ownership and treats this role like running your own book of business.
Experienced in the creator economy (not just administrative coordination).
Comfortable managing both sides of the dealclients with budgets and creators with personalities.
A strong communicator who knows how to adapt tone between professional clients and casual creator conversations.
Highly organized proactive and solutions-oriented.
Confident writing and speaking natural fluent English (this industry communicates casually and fast).
Thrives under pressure tight deadlines and constant change.
Motivated by performance growth and earning more through commission.
3 years of experience in influencer marketing creator partnerships or the broader creator economy.
Experience negotiating with creators and managing client expectations.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture especially music-driven content.
Background in music entertainment or brand marketing is a major plus.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Excel Airtable Notion or similar tools.
Candidates based in Latin America or Central America preferred (Colombia is a strong plus due to time-zone alignment) though exceptional talent from anywhere in South America is welcome.
