Your Responsibilities

Treasury Operations and amp; Execution

You will manage the daily fund movements overseeing inflows and outflows across multiple currencies and corridors.
You will execute FX conversions and trades with surgical precision minimizing slippage and capturing arbitrage opportunities to protect margins.
You will be the guardian of settlement ensuring that every client transaction reaches its destination accurately and on time.

Partner Ecosystem and amp; Liquidity Management

You will own and nurture relationships with banks FX providers IMTOs and stablecoin partners ensuring they always have the best rails available.
You will be a master negotiator securing competitive pricing and clear SLAs while maintaining partner scorecards to ensure peak performance.
You will act as the architect for new corridors onboarding providers and setting up the redundancy needed to make our global network unbreakable.

Strategy Governance and amp; Expansion

You will provide the financial pulse of the company delivering weekly visibility on treasury performance liquidity positions and risk metrics.
You will maintain gold-standard controls ensuring every move is documented compliant with AML/sanctions and perfectly reconciled.
You will partner with Sales and Ops to launch new markets building the accounts wallets and SOPs required to make expansion feel effortless.

Achieving zero-fail days where liquidity is perfectly positioned and every client payout is instant.
Becoming the subject matter expert on the intersection of fiat and stablecoin treasury operations.

To be considered for this role you should have

The Foundation: 5 years of experience in treasury or operations ideally within a Fintech IMTO or bank treasury environment.
The Toolkit: Proven ability to manage multi-currency flows and a deep understanding of how stablecoin rails integrate with fiat settlement.
The Launch Experience: Youve been in the trenches of market expansion opening accounts defining limits and documenting SOPs for new corridors.
The Disciplinarian Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail regarding reconciliations audit trails and risk controls.
The Communicator: You can translate complex market movements into clear updates for the Sales and Finance teams.
