How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Administrator - Hygienist at our Burnie manufacturing site. Reporting to the Quality Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Conduct environmental swabbing and sampling
Generate regular production and management reports
Maintain documented quality procedures and work instructions for contaminant monitoring and regulatory testing
Validate and verify Cleaning and Sanitation Programs
Investigate and report on out-of-spec results
Participate in audits and responding to stakeholder queries
Drive continuous improvement across products services and processes
Maintain a clean work environment and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Ideally you will have

Previous experience in a similar role within Quality Operations or Laboratory environments
Strong understanding of dairy or food manufacturing quality systems and QMS processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High attention to detail with a proactive solution-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Relevant qualification (e.g. Food Science) and a strong desire to develop into a quality-focused role
