How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Administrator - Hygienist at our Burnie manufacturing site. Reporting to the Quality Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Conduct environmental swabbing and sampling
- Generate regular production and management reports
- Maintain documented quality procedures and work instructions for contaminant monitoring and regulatory testing
- Validate and verify Cleaning and Sanitation Programs
- Investigate and report on out-of-spec results
- Participate in audits and responding to stakeholder queries
- Drive continuous improvement across products services and processes
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Ideally you will have
- Previous experience in a similar role within Quality Operations or Laboratory environments
- Strong understanding of dairy or food manufacturing quality systems and QMS processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail with a proactive solution-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Relevant qualification (e.g. Food Science) and a strong desire to develop into a quality-focused role
