Job Summary
Client : Leading Pharma API Manufacturing Company
Position : R&D Flow Chemsitry
Designation : Manager
- Develop and guide the team for cost-effective process development through flow chemistry.
- Support to Business case preparation for Management Approval before taking any molecule in Flow/Continuous Chemistry.
- Lead and manage a team of employees providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with employees stakeholders and customers both verbally and in writing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and policies.
- Work with all safety precautions and under safe conditions in all concerned areas.
- Follow all applicable GMP and HSE guidelines internal and external requirements as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of Aarti´s policies systems and procedures.
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner in accordance with instructions and to comply with environmental health & safety rules/procedures regulations and codes of practice.
- To recommend the leave for the officers trainee officers.
- To recommend for RM lab equipments glasswares and chemicals requisitions.
- To conduct training sessions in the laboratory
