Job Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering technology-enabled projects across regulated enterprise environments. This role leads full-lifecycle IT initiatives involving ERP systems systems integration financial and operational reporting and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The position ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities IT Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities including initiation planning execution monitoring and closeout.
- Manage complex technology-enabled projects supporting enterprise and mission-critical operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Systems Integration & Process Optimization
- Coordinate systems integration across engineering QA procurement inventory and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
Stakeholder & Compliance Management
- Serve as liaison between technical teams business stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal military and organizational policies.
- Support audits governance reviews and compliance reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce executive dashboards metrics and project status reports.
- Leverage data analysis for leadership decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
