Job Description:
This role supports field operations in a heavy civil construction environment by performing essential administrative data entry and project coordination tasks. The position is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in both office support and entry-level engineering functions.
Functional Requirements:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing scanning and document organization.
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets equipment logs and vendor documentation.
- Collect and track craft and hourly timesheets daily.
- Input labor equipment and third-party vendor commitments into Excel.
- Submit labor and equipment timesheets to respective departments.
- Compile backup documentation for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
