Client: Commercial roofing contractor delivering commercial roofing and government projects with a focus on safe efficient and quality-driven field operations.

Job Info: Oversee all field operations on commercial roofing projects. Manage daily site activities supervise foremen and crews monitor labour materials and job performance and work closely with Project Managers on scheduling manpower and equipment needs. Maintain strong on-site presence coordinate with clients general contractors and engineers resolve field issues and ensure work is completed safely on time within budget and to specification.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in the commercial roofing industry
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including single-ply modified bitumen cold/hot applied and metal
Proven leadership skills with solid understanding of OSHA compliance and site safety
