Job Summary

Project Engineer / Superintendent Support Livermore CA

Position Summary:
The Project Engineer works closely with field superintendents and project management to ensure projects remain on schedule within contract scope and fully documented. They are responsible for technical coordination layout verification quantity reporting and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate survey needs mark utilities and verify layout
Prepare daily crew requests and track production quantities
Assist with weekly schedules and material tracking
Prepare Extra Work tags and route them appropriately
Produce detailed daily reports and documentation logs
Approve timecards and manage equipment reporting to shop
Identify potential extra work and communicate to PMs
Ensure field coordination with subcontractors
Support quality control and construction compliance

Ideal Skills & Experience:
Civil engineering background concrete/ grading knowledge strong documentation skills
