Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
What Youll Do
As a key member of the Finance team you will support the processing reconciliation and coordination of financial transactions across multiple partners and regions.
Process Financial Documentation
- Accurately process debit notes and supplier/customer invoices according to Abbotts financial procedures.
- Verify and reconcile all supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Distributor & Partner Liaison
- Follow up with distributors to secure correct complete documentation (invoices PODs credit notes etc.).
- Resolve discrepancies quickly to avoid processing delays.
Payments & Reconciliations
- Coordinate with payment partners (APO CFS banks processors) to ensure timely account settlements.
- Monitor and reconcile payments against internal accounting records.
- Proactively address and resolve any delays or payment issues.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate logs of financial interactions and correspondence.
- Support compliance with Abbotts internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
What Youll Bring
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Finance Accounting or a related discipline.
- experience with Debit Notes is advantageous
- Experience in distributorbased environments or supply chain finance
- Exposure to international payments or multicurrency transactions is advantageous.
- Ideally not more than 1 Year experience as this is an entry level role.
