Our client is a leading financial services company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

1. Strategic Planning & Budget Management

• Define the operating framework and formulate long-term vision strategies and objectives for the Business Intelligence function.
  

• Develop and manage annual operating plans and budget forecasts to ensure effective delivery of assigned mandates and responsibilities.
  

• Lead the rollout and adoption of Business Intelligence initiatives to strengthen data-driven decision-making enhance analytical maturity and embed advanced analytics into business development customer acquisition retention and value optimization activities.
  

• Champion the use of insights and analytics to translate data into measurable commercial outcomes.
  

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of all teams under the Business Intelligence function ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  

• Design and execute workforce development strategies to build a high-performing technically strong and future-ready analytics organization.
  

• Conduct regular performance reviews establish continuous improvement practices and drive productivity and capability uplift across teams.
  

• Provide leadership and oversight for data architecture data platforms and centralized data repositories supporting reporting analytical exploration and model development across business and functional units.
  

• Take accountability for end-to-end data quality integrity and consistency across enterprise data warehouses and downstream data marts.
  

• Manage data provisioning reporting delivery and analytical support to meet monitoring control and insight needs of internal stakeholders.
  

• Ensure effective training coaching and capability transfer across analytics teams in both technical disciplines and business domain knowledge related to data governance and analytics.
  

• Lead the design development and deployment of predictive prescriptive and optimization models to support business growth and operational excellence.
  

• Apply data science methodologies and machine learning techniques to solve complex business and operational challenges at scale.
  

• Build implement and oversee advanced analytical frameworks and models that enable business growth performance optimization and operational efficiency across sales collections and support functions.
  

• Define the strategic roadmap for insight generation and analytics use cases in close collaboration with business and support teams integrating people capabilities data assets technology platforms and domain expertise.
  

• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by senior management and governing bodies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science Information Technology Statistics Finance Economics Mathematics or Business Administration.
  

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in data management analytics and large-scale team leadership within the banking or financial services industry.
  

• Extensive hands-on experience with Business Intelligence analytics and reporting platforms (e.g. enterprise data platforms and visualization tools such as Netezza SAS Visual Analytics or equivalent).
  

• Strong expertise in statistical analysis advanced modeling and quantitative techniques.
  

• Proven experience in developing scorecards analytical frameworks and translating insights into actionable strategies and execution.
  

• In-depth knowledge of lending credit and consumer finance businesses.
  

• Outstanding leadership people management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  

• Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Demonstrated success in building leading and scaling diverse high-performing teams.
