Job Summary

Our client is a leading trading company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

Support international clients during factory visits at an industrial zone in Vietnam by serving as a language intermediary between customers and production teams throughout sample preparation meetings factory inspections and on-site production monitoring.
Translate written materials and documents between Japanese and Vietnamese accurately and professionally.
Receive manage and respond to customer requests and inquiries via email in a prompt and organized manner.
Travel for business purposes when required to support customer activities or operations.
Coordinate activities related to the export of frozen processed food products manufactured in Vietnam to overseas markets.

Requirements

1. Education & Professional Background

Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
One to two years of professional experience; exposure to the food manufacturing or food processing sector is an advantage.

2. Personal Attributes & Interpersonal Skills

Strong soft skills including effective communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates accountability teamwork and a collaborative working style.
Able to perform under pressure with strong physical and mental resilience.
Genuine interest in the food industry with a proactive and opportunity-seeking mindset.
High ethical standards with a strong sense of compliance and integrity.

3. Language Skills & Technical Knowledge

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above with solid capabilities in speaking reading and writing.
Working-level English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of approximately 450650.
Basic understanding of food materials handling or processing is preferred.

4. Computer Literacy

Competent in common office software including Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint for daily communication reporting and presentation tasks.
