Job Summary

Summary:
The Branch Manager - Katutura plays a pivotal role in driving the growth performance and operational excellence of the local sales and marketing branch within a dynamic and competitive market. As a goal-driven leader this individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations including sales strategy execution team leadership customer experience enhancement and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales leadership customer service excellence and operational management. This role is critical to achieving regional revenue targets strengthening customer loyalty and ensuring seamless alignment with corporate objectives. By fostering a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional service the Branch Manager ensures sustainable business growth and brand reputation in the Katutura region.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with corporate goals ensuring optimal market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and care across all touchpoints enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee daily branch operations including staffing schedules inventory management equipment maintenance and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage branch-level budgets expenses and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records reports and documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders partners and customers building strong community and business relationships.
  • Implement and enforce operational best practices to improve efficiency reduce costs and ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align local initiatives with broader marketing and business development strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred).
  • 45 years of progressive experience in sales management branch operations or customer service leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record as a goal-driven leader with a history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in customer service and customer care with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in managing records reports and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead motivate and coach diverse teams.
  • Advanced skills in operational management including staffing scheduling performance monitoring and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
  • Ability to work independently make data-driven decisions and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours as needed to support branch operations.
