Job Summary

Job description:

Own daily end-to-end operations: inventory fulfillment people and SOP compliance for high-volume 18K gold e-commerce.

Key Duties:

Manage warehouse inventory accuracy (receiving storage reconciliation)
Run order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship) hit daily SLA reduce RTS/packing errors
Enforce packing controls
Handle returns/claims verification and restocking/write-offs with Finance/CS
Lead ops team: scheduling coaching discipline attendance tracking
Improve processes report KPIs weekly

Requirements

Qualifications (Must-Have)

35 yrs in e-commerce/warehouse/logistics ops
Strong people management process discipline
Good in Excel (Pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP basic formulas data cleaning)
Comfortable using Shopify/inventory tools and working with high-value inventory
