As a Data Associate you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy consistency and availability of critical business data. You will support the collection cleaning transformation and maintenance of datasets across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
- Support the end-to-end sell-out data process for selected markets including gathering cleaning transforming and loading data.
- Collect transform and standardize data to align with internal naming conventions and dataset requirements.
- Maintain large datasets to ensure ongoing accuracy completeness and reliability.
- Coordinate with different departments to follow up on missing or incomplete data.
Data Quality
- Help define document and promote data governance best practices.
- Ensure that teams follow established standards to maintain high data integrity and consistency.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve data issues across selected datasets.
Systems & Process Improvements
- Continuously evaluate processes to identify opportunities for greater data accuracy efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to refine templates processes and data structures as systems evolve.
Data Entry
- Populate customers Spec sheets (for selected markets) in their required format and languages
- Create Order Forms and Feedback forms as needed
Reporting & Analysis
- Update and share different regional reports on a regular basis
- Provide ad hoc analytical and operational support to the team
Who you are
- You have experience dealing with data
- You have completed university studies preferably in Business Economics or any related fields
- Detail-oriented and thorough in approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors
- Strong knowledge of Excel familiar with SAP and BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Dynamic enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude
