Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the hotel and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure that the hotels brand is well-defined and consistent across all marketing materials and channels including luxury consortia and key affiliations.
- Oversee and update the hotels online presence photos hotels website email campaigns and on property collateral.
- Coordinate Influencer collaborations and media visits to generate positive coverage and reviews.
- Promote Marriott Bonvoy and leveraging its benefits to attract and retain guests.
- Collaborate with Marriott marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize global brands resources.
- Utilize Marriott tools and platforms to access resources and stay updated.
- Conduct marketing research to identify market trends and competitive insights to inform strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics and use data for reporting and adjust strategies.
- Work closely with the other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the hotels goals.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury property
- Degree or diploma in Marketing Hospitality or related field
- Excellent English and Greek communication capabilities in speaking and writing.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong digital knowledge (CRM paid media analytics)
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
