About the Role:
As a Sales & Service Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Sales and Customer Experience teams operate seamlessly. Acting as the central coordination point for sales systems and processes across Australia and New Zealand youll help drive efficiency enhance customer satisfaction and support the adoption of innovative tools and workflows.
Youll be part of a close-knit team with exposure to sales operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a highly collaborative role that also connects you with cross-functional teams offering excellent learning opportunities and broad business insight.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate and maintain core sales systems including CRM CPQ processes.
Oversee customer support workflows and ensure timely accurate execution of agreements and pricing updates.
Manage lead routing and distributor onboarding to enable smooth integration.
Provide administrative support for campaigns tenders and marketing initiatives.
Monitor data integrity and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
Act as the first point of contact for system support and liaise with IT for enhancements.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to remove barriers and create value.
Who You Are:
Experienced in Sales Operations or Sales Support (2 years preferred).
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and confident learning new software.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including hands-on experience with Excel functions such as pivot tables and formulas.
Strong communicator with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer-focused detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
Bonus: Experience with SAP and FMCG environments.
