The Asset Data Coordinator supports the Strategic Asset Manager and Asset Specialist Planners by maintaining master data promoting the use of asset management systems and processes.
The position will be focussed on:
maintaining the master data for DOC SAP4HANA system
managing the knowledge base and keeping records up to date
ensuring records are complete to improve asset management outcomes
cross collaborating and providing asset data assistance to internal stakeholders to educate and support sound asset management practice
ensuring DOC operates as an honourable treaty partner

If you have some of following we are keen to hear from you:
Tech savvy; experience using an electronic asset database ideally supporting asset lifecycle management (SAP/EAM or similar)
Eye for accuracy and gain satisfaction by organising data to form knowledge
Desire for continuous improvement supporting a developing asset management system
An understanding of conservation and how it relates to asset management
Current full New Zealand driver license
Understands the impact DOC and the wider public sector/government has on the Māori-Crown relationship

The salary range for this position is $68878.00 $94100.00 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory this includes holding a valid work visa that covers the whole period of employment.
