Were looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team a the brand newFRIENDSHIP HYUNDAI of KINGSPORT
Our ideal candidates are reliable self-motivated and enjoy working with people!
What Youll Do:
- Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
- Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
- Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
- Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
- Communicate completed services and charges to customers
- Verify invoices and repair orders
- Assist Service Manager as needed
Qualification Checklist:
- 1 years experience with verifiable success in a Service Advisor role preferred
- A strong focus on providing the best customer service around
- Excellent communication skills both written and in person
- The ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- The desire to work in a fast paced position
- A focus on detailand organization
- A professional well-groomed personal appearance
