Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our exceptional team.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and write repair orders.
Sell needed repairs and services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2 years) as a Service Advisor.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
