Louisville is home to Connoisseur Medias powerhouse cluster featuring Top 40 Hip Hop Adult R&B and Alternative brands that dominate their lanes. Now were ready to take The Rose to the next leveland were looking for a visionary who knows how to make AC radio fresh engaging and emotionally compelling.

The ideal candidate is more than a programmeryoure a leader champion and culture-builder. You bring creativity strategic thinking and a deep understanding of what makes AC audiences connect. You also believe that great radio lives beyond the studio. You thrive in the community love showing up for parades and coat drives and genuinely enjoy shaking hands telling stories and representing the station everywhere you go.
