About the Role
The primary purpose of the Management Assistant is to provide general administrative and management support within the EMS department at University Hospital. The role coordinates office operations and serves as a liaison with various units and administrative offices throughout University Hospital on behalf of the Executive Director of EMS.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Provide general administrative and management support within the EMS department.
- Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Serve as a liaison between the EMS department and various units and administrative offices throughout University Hospital.
- Act on behalf of the Executive Director of EMS in communications and coordination with other departments.
Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance (preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience reviewing analyzing and evaluating financial organizational and/or administrative practices in a business or government agency.
- Proficiency in computer applications as required by the department.
- Equivalent experience education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirement.

This position offers an expected salary range of PS/20S$56654.00 - $80705.00 per year in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
