Job Summary

Job Title: Locum - Physician - Urology

We are seeking a Urology Physician to join a leading healthcare facility in Pittsfield Massachusetts. This hospital-based position offers the opportunity to provide inpatient care across a full range of urology services including general urology and post-operative care. Enjoy a flexible schedule with no on-call requirements while being part of a collaborative team of five urologists. This role is available from February 2 2026 to March 31 2026 making it an ideal short-term opportunity for qualified professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive inpatient urology care including general urology services.
Deliver post-operative care to patients.
Collaborate with fellow urologists during the assignment.
Manage patient load typically around 6-8 inpatients per shift depending on shift volume.
Document patient care and treatment plans using Meditech EMR.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts medical license (REQUIRED).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (REQUIRED).
Current BLS certification (REQUIRED).
No malpractice history and a clean background (REQUIRED).
Self-query NPDB report to be provided (pulled within 30 days) (REQUIRED).
COVID vaccination (REQUIRED).

License and Certification Requirements:

Massachusetts Medical License (MA).
Board certification in Urology or eligibility.
BLS Certification.
