主な職務内容
- 購買オペレーション全般の管理および月次レポート本社 / SEAA
- 食材飲料消耗品など全カテゴリーの購買対応
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション
- サプライヤー管理見積依頼サンプル手配入札管理衛生管理
- 購買システムの運用
- 購買エリアバックヤードおよび全体のマネジメント
- レシービング業務のサポート検品データ入力搬入補助
- 廃棄コスト削減のための瓶類整理計量作業
求める人物像要件
- 購買実務経験5年以上
- 日本語が母語でビジネスレベルの英語力
- 日本国籍又は既にビザを取得している方
- 忍耐強く主体的で変化に柔軟に対応できる方
- チームや関係者への配慮ができる方
- 日々のリージョナル対応と通常業務を並行して管理できる方
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing operations across food beverage and consumables.
- Prepare monthly reports to HQ / SEAA
- Supplier management quotations tendering and food safety control
- Oversee the Purchasing backyard and overall the area operations.
- Support Receiving tasks including inspection data entry and shipment handling.
- Organize bottles daily to reduce disposal costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency with business-level English skills
- Japanese nationality or a valid work visa for Japan
- Experience with purchasing systems
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Patient proactive adaptable and team-oriented mindset

- Overtime allowance :Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
- Bonus :Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
- Transportation fare :Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30000.-).
- Merit Salary Increment :Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
