業務の範囲
上市前製品の市場環境顧客製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解しI&AやMedical teamなど関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定構造化分析し課題を解決するためのブランド戦略を立案する
R&Dや薬事薬価チームなど社内他部門とのコミュニケーション社外医学専門家のマネジメントを円滑に行い上市の準備や戦略の改善を円滑に行う
開発段階の薬剤や導入品上市前の製品の市場潜在性や市場価値を評価し売上げ予測を策定するまた開発プロジェクトチーム日本グローバルへ適宜コマーシャルニーズのインプットを行い日本市場におけるDisease strategyや薬価戦略ラベル戦略等の基盤を構築する
グローバルチームや他国と協力しながら上市前製品価値を最大化する
Role & Responsibilities
Develop brand strategies by understanding the prelaunch products market environment customers product and portfolio and identifying business issues in collaboration with relevant functions such as I&A Medical team and so on.
Lead launch readiness and strategy refinement smoothly by communicating with other internal functions such as R&D and Regulatory Affairs and pricing team and managing external medical experts effectively.
Assess the market potential and market value of pipeline assets inlicensed products and prelaunch products and develop sales addition provide timely commercial input to development project teams (Japan and global) and establish the foundations for disease strategy pricing/reimbursement strategy and label strategy in the Japanese market.
Maximize the value of prelaunch products collaborating with global teams and other countries.

医薬品業界でのマーケティング経験
市場調査の定量定性情報に基づき製品戦略/ビジネスプランの立案リード経験もしくは他部門と協力し製品戦略における主たるプロジェクトをリードした経験
Sales experience and outstanding achivement in the pharmaceutical industry
Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience leading the strategy planning/business planning based on quantitative and qualitative market research or experience leading the key project in collaboration with other functions aligning strategy
