About you and this role

Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity forCloud platform Analystlocatedin Mumbai India. As a team memberof the Global CloudPlatform and hosting team included under the Information Technology Services and Support Organizationyou willleverageyour knowledge and skills to provide support for Dowscloud platformservices and will include (But not limited to) providing on call support of issues escalated beyond our supportpartnersexpertise as well as support for assigned projects and programs. You will alsobe responsible forthe design of integrated workable solutions and processes that meet stakeholder requirements and address capability gaps. For operations you will be accountable to deliverhigh levelsof client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding established service levels.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities of this role includegeneral supportmaintenanceand upkeep of Dows cloud platform assets. Responsibilities include playing either a support role for major new initiatives or taking a lead role for low-complexity projects. Specific job requirements include.
• Participate in the cloud platform on-call rotational support system and ensuretimelyaddressal of Incidents Problems and Changes related to cloud platform activities.
• Manage cloud platform infrastructure inventory and develop /maintaindocumentation for quick and easy references by the cloud platform team.
• Assistsenior members of the team inoptimizingcloud resources and look for opportunities for periodic reviews.
• Review cloud vendors alerts and communicate with the right teams to address topics relating to enhancementsretirementsetc.
• Collaborate with Developers NetworkSecurityand other teams to take care of routine cloud network and security tasks.
• Assist Cloud Platform leadership in researching testing new cloud features as requested from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelordegree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Your Skills

• Cloud Platforms:Proficiencywith cloud concepts with focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Networking and Security: Strong understanding of basic network and security concepts with special emphasis on Azure features.
• Virtualization: Experience with Hyper-V and other virtualization environments.
• Operating systems: Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• General:Strong communications analytical and troubleshooting skills.
