Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Acquisition Associate with implement thoughtful strategies support recruitment goals and expand Grabs service market. You will report to the Acquisition Team Lead and work onsite at Kim Anh Building Cau Giay Hanoi
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Recruitment: Implement recruitment activities to onboard new GrabBike and GrabCar driver-partners following the teams target and plan. Consult and guide driver partners through the registration process eligibility criteria and required documentation.
- Market Expansion for New Services: Play a key role in developing new services.
- Partner Care: Maintain relationships with cooperatives after contract signing to ensure strong and sustainable cohesion between Grab and its partners.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress challenges and opportunities to the Team lead.
- Recruitment Strategies: Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet targets expand the driver network and address needs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and strategize to help team members achieve goals efficiently while leading a small team.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 1 years of experience in driver acquisition recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new drivers.
- Strong knowledge of the rail-hailing industry including regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and ability to learn new systems and tools.
